BP #(O_o): Through the Eyes of a Sorcerer
Earlier this week, as I checked the blogs I follow, I came upon this one by John Lifeglen called "Some Food for Blogger-y Thought". In it he shares his idea of helping out the awesome blogger community by making posts (like this one) to help promote others blogs. So here I am with a new thing I'm going to try out called BP or Blog Promotion. You can share your thoughts on it in the comments section (I would do a poll, but they seem to be broken). Since this is the first one it isn't in the full format that it will be in, but I'll try my best to work on that.

In other news, this week Wizard101 celebrated it's 4th birthday! For all you who have been strong in staying with the game for all those year, I commend you.
We also got all the new pet updates put in recently, so make sure to go try out all the new games. They're pretty fun and a great change from the other four.
Last of all, I just want to let you know that posts are going to be a lot slower for the time being for a couple reasons: The first is that school has started and as everyone will tell you, your Junior year is the hardest... and I can already feel that! Second, my time is being spent in other lands of the gaming world (Gielinor and Skull Island).

So recently I have been questing in Celestia. And as always, I have been taking pictures so I can share my adventures with all of you. I have mostly been sharing dialogue... but the thing is, I didn't take very good details. So I had these new idea that is cool for both me and for you!

Travels in Grizzleheim
I recently celebrated a birthday... and I got a $20 Wiz Card! (10000 Crowns)
With this card I finally was able to buy a ticket to Nidavellir (which comes with the Hall of Valor, Winterdeep Warren, and Helgrind Warren) and Ravenscar to finish travelling in the Grizzleheim area. I'm travelling in Ravenscar as I type this, setting my Celestian travels on the side. On the way I took some photo's to share my travel experiences with you.
Just want to let you know... I really don't like fleeing, but when I saw how much life they had there was no way I was wasting my time there.
Five minutes later - "Question: I just fought a couple of them and didn't get any feathers... how did I not get any feathers from them? They're covered in hundreds of them! *grumble* dumb collection quests *grumble*"
If I find any more cool things along the way in Ravenscar I'll make sure to post them here so you can see how it's going. Hopefully I'll make it into the Tower without getting beat up too much by the funny birds... or the creepy hooded birds like Hrafn.
Oh, and once I finish travelling around Ravenscar I will use the rest of the crowns to return to Celestia and continue helping the Marleybonians in their studies. Ooh, but I must find some of those Grizzleheim music scrolls first!
There is a new poll on a change of blog design idea over on the right! And as you can probably guess, getting a Grizzleheim theme added to it (possibly... in the near or, probably, the far future).

Just around the... week?
I can't believe it...

Alright, well on that day, I will have been playing Wizard101 for *whisper whisper* ...

Yep, it will have been 3 years since I joined this amazing community.
"Any ideas on how you're going to celebrate?"
Yep, I was thinking of having a smallish party on Saturday. I would probably need to decorate though... hmm. Maybe we could do some runs of a dungeon like Big Ben or Kensington and then head to my most --decorated house. Have you got any ideas?

The Dragons Roost
Amid the flame and danger of battle a new drake is seen flying out of the academy.
WOAH! ... ah, it's kind of hot in here... *woosh* ooh, your wings make a nice breeze :)
So yeah, I just reached the Dragons Roost... or in other words, the entrance to the Malistaire instance. Now since this is such a great achievement, I want to share it with 3 other awesome wizards who read my blog. All you have to do is :
- Be able to enter the Malistaire Instance (Great Spyre)
- Comment the following below :
- Name
- 3 Dates and Times you're available (preferably in the afternoon and before Jan 1... -I'm in MTN time-)
- Then watch this post to see who is coming along! (and how many positions are still open)
Then on the date that is set we will meet up at the Dragons Roost on Imp Realm, Area 1 and do the dungeon!
Can't wait! It should be extremely fun! :)

Ideas for Wizard101 (New and Old)
So yesterday as I was walking around my house, I kept noticing how much furniture we have that is only for looks. I know this is an old idea but I still want to share it. Here are just a few examples:
- Sit on chairs, couches, benches, etc
- Be able to interact/use items: telescope, piano, well(?), etc
- maybe be able to climb things, like the trees (??) or the ladders/scaffolding.
- maybe an easier way to float items, maybe not out over edges, but up.
- clocks should show the current time, or at least have the hands move
A second thing that I wondered was if we would ever be able to play the game, here, in another language. I think that would be totally awesome. Say you've been learning German(or any other language) for about two years. In order to test your learning, and increase it, you would love to try playing Wizard101 in it. Not only would it just be totally awesome (as both me and another twizard talked about -_o) but it would also be another way of making Wizard a way to learn. You would get the joy of playing the game, while at the same time getting the practice of the language. (any thoughts?)
Now again, this is kind of an old idea, but I'm gonna add some of my own thoughts about it :)
So you know how we have all those cool emotes? Well, what if we could get more. Maybe, as many people would love, we would be able to get new types of dancing. That in itself would add an interesting twist on community parties. But then if you think about how maybe we could even get other cool emotes to do.
Now, I know we already have quite a few, and having to go through that list can take a while to find them. Here's my idea. So you know how we have the two chat buttons (help/menu) what if they added an emote button. That way they could add more, and also make it easier to access them.
Here are a few ways that we could possibly earn/get different emotes:
- Quest rewards, pretty simple. Through the Spiral you meet a variety of people who give you quests that in the end reward you with an emote.
- Crowns Shop. Again, simple. You go to the Crowns Shop click and Emote tab and you can buy the emotes(or maybe gold too)
- The last one is crafting. There is a wandering crafting teacher from whom you can buy the station(or quest for it, and it would be No Auction). They would wander the worlds so that you never quite know where they are (don't know if that would work) and you can also buy the recipes from them to craft/learn a new emote.
