October Fun

October has arrived. And with it comes... Halloweeen! :D

Right now you can do the Halloween quests for the Pumpkin brothers in Wizard City. With it also means the holiday drops from certain bosses, the Halloween Spires (the three towers) and the return of Baron Mordecai. So make sure to stop around and have some fun!

To go along with this, Mercs4Hire is doing a bunch of weekend runs. Check it out over here.

Going to these is a great opportunity to try for the awesome Halloween loot. They also have a bunch of contests that will be going on for cool stuff too. (those are all here)

Hopefully you can have some fun with these things this month. I know I can't wait.

Though, it would be cool if they would have a new event of sorts come out for the bigger holiday celebrations every couple years or so. Repeats are never quite as fun. :\

Week of Halloween!

Good Evening everyone!

Starting tomorrow will be the week of Halloween! I will be hosting various Halloween activities all through out the week (when I am available.) Make sure to follow my twitter (on the right ->) or just watch here to find out the times of the activities. Here's the schedule of what is happening each day. (If I don't post anything it means I was to busy with IRL stuff like school work and I give my apologies for this in advance.)

Monday (24) - Baron Mordecai in the Wraith Realm.
Tuesday (25) - Lord Nightshade in the Wraith Realm.
Wednesday (26) - Baron Mordecai in the Wraith Realm.
Thursday (27) - Lord Nightshade in the Wraith Realm.
Friday (28) - Sorry! IRL Stuff! = \ (see you tomorrow!)
Saturday (29) - Double Farming! Baron Mordecai and then Lord Nightshade in the Wraith Realm. (Time TBA)
Monday/Halloween! (31) - House Party!!! Meet in Unicorn Park (hey, I want to be unique...) in Wraith Realm. (Time TBA)

I figured that doing those two bosses would be best since they drop some of the best stuff during Halloween. If you have any ideas, just let me know and I can switch them around to fit it in.

Sorry about only giving short notice on the times. I will try to come up with some estimated times and then if you watch my Twitter (@themythmagus) and my DOAW event, I will notify that I am available and will be at the location 15 minutes later. Also, so that I don't end up waiting forever, unless you let me know you will be a little late, I will leave after 30 minutes have passed. Last of all, I'm in Mountain time so all times will be in MTN (which is 1 hr behind central, so if it's 4 central it's 3 mtn). Thanks for your understanding! =D

The Halloween Take-Over Begins

Dear wizards,

I am sorry to inform you that Morgrim Trollfriend has vanished! And to make matters worse, The Magus Conjurer is under attack by the some of those Halloween visitors! I need your assistance to defend TMC, find Morgrim, and (try) to earn some splendid loot! We don’t have much time… the future of TMC lies in your hands… and you will decide what its fate shall be…

Here is the current information that we here at TMC have found:

- Morgrim was last seen going running in Imp realm. I will ask around there for more information. Be on the lookout too...

- The attackers of TMC are coming out of those Halloween Towers. I will watch for where and when the next wave of attack will be coming. Currently all I know is that they it will be sometime on a Friday or Saturday.

Just leave a comment before Friday, October 14, in order to be entered in the activities. In that comment, leave your wizards name, level, and the times/days that you think you will be able to participate. Also, if you can leave me a way to contact you, that would help me greatly when I’m planning for the hunts. This is open to everyone of every level!
